Ralph D. Raphael, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland Graduate Program in Counseling Psychology. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Michigan State University, where he also studied psychology.
Dr. Raphael is founder and director of established centers that help people and organizations recognize and accomplish their goals. They are the Career Evaluation and Coaching Center, and The Maryland Center for Health Psychology. These centers contain programs that use best scientific practices to help clients overcome obstacles and take full advantage of their strengths.
Dr. Raphael has been in practice for more than 25 years. He has served as consultant to numerous hospitals, substance abuse programs, mental health treatment facilities, professional groups and local, national and international businesses. Dr. Raphael is a past faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Jill Garfinkle is affiliated with and provides career services through the Career Evaluation and Coaching Program as well as Plot Points Career Counseling, LLC.
