Dr. Raphael is a licensed psychologist and founder and director of the Career Evaluation and Coaching Center and the Maryland Center for Health Psychology. The goal of Dr. Raphael and these centers is to help people and organizations identify their strengths and accomplish their goals.
Through the Maryland Center for Health Psychology, Dr. Raphael provides clinical services that help people deal with emotional and behavioral problems.
At the Career Evaluation and Coaching Center, Dr. Raphael uses his psychological expertise to provide career counseling and coaching services for individuals and organizations striving to achieve their best.
